National Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders within two working days using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Your order should then be with you within one working day.
International shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within two working days, using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. You will be able to track your order until it leaves the UK. Once your parcel is in the destination country, it will be passed on to the local/national postal service for that particular country. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Please note we are not responsible for any custom charges that may be applied at the destination country. 
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that:
- Our returns and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date your item is delivered. We cannot offer money back or an exchange beyond this period.
- For national order returns you will be charged a handling fee of £10 (if the cost of the ring is under £150, if the price is over, you will be charged £15) - this is to cover initial shipping cost, payment processing fees and packaging. For international order refunds you will be refunded your total checkout price minus shipping.
- For exchanges you will be liable to cover the cost of the delivery of your exchanged item.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been dispatched.
- Sale items, laser engraved items and made-to-order products such as the Collection Case (box and 15 rings) and laser engraved rings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- e-Gift Cards cannot be refunded neither in part nor full.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please be aware that silver is extremely prone to scratching - if the ring gets scratched as you are wearing it, or scratches during delivery - because it was not secured in its box correctly - then you will not be refunded and will have to pay for delivery to receive the ring back.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, please provide your full name and order number.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. You should consider using a recorded delivery shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return has been received by us it will be processed within 3 working days and a refund notification will be sent out. Please note that the time taken for the money to clear beyond this is dependent on your bank/card issuer and can take a few days.
