Book your tailored 1-1 personal shopping experience at our studio and embark on a journey that will exceed your expectations.
Please note:
-Our private studio operates on a weekly basis, which has led to significant demand and limited availability for booking slots. To secure your session, we kindly request a mandatory £50 deposit, which will contribute to your total purchase amount. This deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations are currently not permitted under any circumstances.
-Each session lasts a maximum of 45 minutes, so we highly recommend arriving on time to ensure you have a relaxed and unhurried experience.
-Parking facilities are available for your convenience. Upon arrival at the gate, kindly inform the security personnel that you have a scheduled rendezvous with Foreign Circles .
-Once you enter the building, please make yourself comfortable in the lounge area and reach out to us either by email at contact@foreigncircles.co.uk or via Instagram DM @Foreigncircles to inform us of your arrival. Our dedicated team member will promptly come down to the lounge area to escort you to the Studio.
- The studio address is London North Studios, NW7 1RP, London.
- All purchases made at the studio are non-refundable. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges for unused products. Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs associated with the exchange.
- By booking a session you consent to being part of our online content. There may be a member of the team in the background recording our interaction. However, please do ignore the camera!
-In the unlikely situation where the ring you desire is no longer available due to stock depletion upon your arrival, we shall not assume any liability.
-Due to health and safety, only a maximum of 3 people can attend per session.
-Please note that online discounts cannot be applied at our Studio.

Unlike other jewellery brands, we are proud to inform you that we offer a custom laser engraving service on our rings.
Getting a ring engraved adds a personal touch to it making it unique and exclusive to you as an individual. Whether you want to engrave your initials, a special date, a meaningful quote, or a beautiful design, a laser engraving can turn an already extra-ordinary ring into an even more unique one-of-a-kind piece that speaks to your personality and style.
Another benefit of getting a custom laser engraving is that it can serve as a great gift for someone special. A gift that carries an actual meaning!
Please note:
- If you do not see the laser engraving option on a product page, it means that we are unable to offer the service due to the rings design and shape.
- All the rings are engraved on the bottom outer part of the ring, except for the Custom Signet ring where you have the option of engraving on the top.
- Once you have ordered a ring with a laser engraving option, the ring will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Wear and tear can cause the engraving to gradually fade away, but to help with longevity we engrave as deep as possible while still trying to maintain an aesthetic look.
- We offer engraving in both English and Arabic characters, however if you wish for something different then you can get in touch and we'll try our best to accommodate.

We aim to process and ship all orders within two working days. For national orders we use Royal Mail next day Special Delivery, and for international orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked Service.
Returns and Exchanges
Our returns and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date your item is delivered. We cannot offer money back or an exchange beyond this period.
For exchanges you will be liable to pay for the delivery of the exchanged ring.
For returns you will be refunded your total amount minus £10. Alternatively, if you have paid for international shipping then you will be refunded your total amount minus £5.
This is to cover our delivery costs, packaging, and payment processing fees.
