Unlike other jewellery brands, we are proud to inform you that we offer a custom laser engraving service on our rings.

Getting a ring engraved adds a personal touch to it making it unique and exclusive to you as an individual. Whether you want to engrave your initials, a special date, a meaningful quote, or a beautiful design, a laser engraving can turn an already extra-ordinary ring into an even more unique one-of-a-kind piece that speaks to your personality and style.

Another benefit of getting a custom laser engraving is that it can serve as a great gift for someone special. A gift that carries an actual meaning!

Please note:

- If you do not see the laser engraving option on a product page, it means that we are unable to offer the service due to the rings design and shape.

- All the rings are engraved on the bottom outer part of the ring, except for the Custom Signet ring where you have the option of engraving on the top.

- The engraving may not be 100% perfect as the ring is hand placed by the technician and although he will try his utmost to place the engraving in the exact position, there may be at times small errors.

- Once you have ordered a ring with a laser engraving option, the ring will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

- Wear and tear can cause the engraving to gradually fade away, but to help with longevity we engrave as deep as possible while still trying to maintain an aesthetic look.

- We offer engraving in both English and Arabic characters, however if you wish for something different then you can get in touch and we'll try our best to accommodate. 

Although contact with water will not cause any serious damage, we recommend keeping the ring dry if you wish to retain it's shine and avoid loosening any stones.

If you do not wear it frequently, keep it stored in an air tight bag with the silica pack provided - this will help absorb moisture and prevent tarnish.

Use the Foreign Circles jewellery cloth every few weeks to keep the ring looking shiny.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within two working days. For national orders we use Royal Mail next day Special Delivery, and for international orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Please also note that we are not liable for any custom charges that may be applicable if you are ordering outside of the UK- please check with your national postal service for more information. You cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.

Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date your item is delivered. We cannot offer money back or an exchange beyond this period.

Offers/discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For exchanges you will be liable to pay for the delivery of the exchanged ring.

For returns you will be refunded your total amount minus £10. Alternatively, if you have paid for international shipping then you will be refunded your total amount minus £5.

This is to cover our delivery costs, packaging, and payment processing fees.
